Azuma Funding

What we introduce

We introduce clients to specialist lenders and brokers in the following areas. We do not provide or arrange the finance ourselves. Availability, terms and costs are set by the lender or broker, and every case is assessed on its own merits.

Bridging finance

Short-term finance sometimes used for purchases that need to complete quickly, auctions, chain breaks or properties that are not yet mortgageable. We introduce you to lenders who work in this market.

Commercial finance

Finance connected to commercial property and business needs. We introduce you to lenders and brokers with the right appetite for your type of case.

Investment buy-to-let

Introductions for property investors looking at buy-to-let purchases or refinancing.

Project finance

Introductions for property projects that need funding.

Who we work with

Property investors, developers and business owners. Our introductions are made to specialist providers, who assess cases, advise where regulated, and place and complete them.

Example scenarios

  • Auction purchase with a short completion deadline
  • Buying a property that cannot yet get a standard mortgage
  • Funding a refurbishment before refinancing

What to expect

  • We tell you early if we think a case is unlikely to fit.
  • We do not guarantee that any lender will offer finance.
  • You will receive any terms, costs and advice from the lender or broker directly, not from us.
  • Any fee or commission is explained to you in writing before you commit. Every case is different.
